設定Ubuntu 8.10 螢幕解析度

以前灌好Ubuntu之後，可以在System>Pref中找到螢幕，先將螢幕改成LCD就可以調整解析度了，現在8.10中，找不到了，
所以要調整解析度，就要透過手動的方式，否則就算安裝好顯卡的驅動程式也是不能調整解析度

1. 安裝顯卡驅動程式
到 系統->管理->硬體驅動程式
先將顯卡裝好

1. 備份xorg.conf
sudo cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.backup

2. 修改xorg.conf
sudo gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf

3. 在xorg.conf中加入下面幾行
特別是垂直及水平掃描率，當這兩個都設定好了，才可設定調整解析度
