Format Disk as FAT32 in XP

由於XP上預設的磁碟管理分割 Fat32 分割區的大小不能超過32 GB，於是若要format硬碟為FAT32，則需要另外使用程式來分割，例如使用這支程式fat32format(http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/download/fat32format.zip)

步驟：
1. 將這支程式放在硬碟中的C槽中
2. 執行fat32format
C:\>fat32format f:
